Towards the Realization of International Grid Interconnections in Japan

Following the release of the "Asia International Grid Connection Study Group Second Report” on 14 June 2018 that examines specific route designs and investment cost and revenue calculations for grid interconnections between Japan and South Korea, and between Japan and Russia, Renewable Energy Institute will host a symposium that will discuss the significance of the international grid interconnection in Japan and prospects for realization.
