It is updated once a year, based on statistical data published by governments and research institutes, and provides basic information on the status of renewable electricity deployment.

The 'Maps & Charts' section includes a 'Power Supply & Demand’ page, which provides hourly information on power supply and demand in Japan and by region, and an 'Offshore Wind Project Areas & Transmission Lines Map', which tracks the operation and development of offshore wind power generation and transmission lines laid across Japan. Both are timely updated.
