In the March 2024 edition of the “Journal of Japan Society of Energy and Resources,” Amory B. Lovins of RMI (formerly known as Rocky Mountain Institute) and a board member of Renewable Energy Institute, contributed an article entitled "Japan Can Economically Decarbonize.” In the same journal edition, Tomas Kåberger, Chair of the Executive Board of Renewable Energy Institute, and Professor of Chalmers University of Technology, contributed an article titled "100% Renewable Electricity System in a 100% Renewable Energy System” for the journal's special issue on "What It Required for the Early and Mass Deployment of Renewable Energy in Japan?"
We hope that more people will find their way to these articles, which are full of the insights that Japan needs in order to decarbonize its economy and remain competitive.
