In April 2018, Renewable Energy Institute launched the Renewable Energy Users Network (RE-Users) , a platform for corporate energy users to share information, exchange best practices, and accelerate renewable energy procurement in Japan. At the RE-Users Summit, the network’s flagship annual event, participants gain insights into the latest developments among companies advancing renewable energy adoption.
This year, the energy crisis triggered by conflicts in the Middle East and the resulting surge in electricity prices have become major concerns for businesses. Drawing on case studies from companies and energy providers at the forefront of renewable energy adoption, the summit will explore the benefits and challenges of renewable energy use, including its potential to provide long-term cost stability.
