The RE-Users (Renewable Energy Users Network), which promotes the expansion of the use of renewable energy among corporations, has compiled three strategies and nine policies as a recommendation for making Japan a nation where renewable electricity is easily accessible, and promotes the recommendation with the support of the corporations.

List of Supporting Corporations

The recommendation, announced on 31 January 2020, has been compiled in collaboration with CDP Worldwide-Japan (CDP Japan) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF Japan) based on the opinions of 20 major corporations participating in the RE-Users operated by Renewable Energy Institute. Even in the face of the spread of the new coronavirus, the RE-Users will communicate with the Japanese government and electric power companies to take measures to ensure that the country as a whole is able to promote the implementation and use of renewable energy.
