31 January 2020

in Japanese

For mitigating climate change, many companies around the world are accelerating renewable energy usage in business activities.

Renewable Energy Institute launched “RE-Users” in April 2018 for corporate energy users to share information on renewable energy procurement.

The annual Summit invited experts from the US, Europe and Asia in addition to Japan and provided latest information on global and domestic trends.

< Consumed Electricity at the Venue>
The electricity used at the summit venue (484kWh) was 100% renewables with Non-fossil cerfiticate (NFC) provided by the Takamori Kogen Wind Power Station in Iwate Prefecture.
