Successful case-stories from Europe on woody biomass utilization will be introduced, including heat utilization which is still an under-developed market in Japan. There will also be domestic companies and local government officials discussing future directions of woody biomass energy developments. This symposium is held as part of the International Wood Fair 2017*.
