Renewable Energy Institute announces that the International Symposium “Future of Power Business with Interconnections in Asia” will take place on 17 May 2017 at Toranomon Hills Forum. With the goal of fostering a lively debate on the development of international grid connection in Northeast Asia, this symposium will feature the findings that the Asia International Grid Connection Study Group* has investigated and published in the form of an Interim Report on 19 April 2017 (Japanese version). We look forward to your participation.

* The Asia International Grid Connection Study Group was formed in July 2016 and consists of experts in electrical grid, energy policies and renewable energy from academics, business and research related fields. The Secretariat office function is undertaken by Renewable Energy Institute.
